Noah Plotkin and Davis Inman, Chicago-based musical collaborators for over a decade, unite their creative forces in Fur Mountain, driven by a shared passion for 1970s western films and the melodic storytelling of Marty Robbins.

Crafting their psych-leaning debut singles, including "Devotion," "Castles," and "Changes," the duo embarked on a transformative recording journey in an empty Evanston mansion near Lake Michigan, finalized with producer/mixer Packy Lundholm at Sound Vault Studio.

Enlisting the talents of longtime confidants, engineer/bassist Dan Glomski, and multi-instrumentalists Jared Rabin, Kevin Ford, and Graham Nelson, Fur Mountain's sonic exploration echoes the nuanced blend of influences that defines their unique musical identity within the rich cultural tapestry of Chicago.
